FAQ
WHAT DO I BRING FOR CLASS?
Mats & equipment are provided, only thing needed is grip socks & a water bottle. For heated classes a mat towel is required.
ARE BOTH REFORMER & MAT CLASES INCLUDED IN MY MEMBERSHIP?
YES both classes are included in any membership, class description are on each class when you book it through our app or through our website.
WHATS THE LATE POLICY?
We have a 5 min grace period, for the safety of our clients & instructors our doors will be locked 5 min after class.
CAN I TRANSFER MY CREDITS TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Membership credits cannot be transfer between accounts.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Our main entrance is on Maple CT, we have a full parking lot that is shared between other business.
WHATS THE CANCELATION POLICY?
Anytime after 8pm the day before is considered a late cancellation with a fee of $10, a no show is $15.
DO MY CREDITS ROLL OVER?
Credits are valid through the 30-day billing period & do not rollover to next month.
IS THERE A LOST & FOUND?
YES, items left behind will be left at front desk, just ask instructor or front desk.
WHEN IS THE COFFEE LOUNGE OPEN & HOW DO I ORDER?
Open during class hours, & you can oder before class at front desk or at the coffee lounge.
You can now check in through our mobile app as long as you’re 100 meters from the studio or with the instructor
For the safety of our instructors & clients, doors will be locked 5 min after class begins
Mat classes will require a mat towel
Updated waiver will have to be signed prior to taking the class (will be sent via email)
Any flower bouquets purchased have to be done at least 24 hours before desired date & time
